Membership Shingle

The official membership shingle for initiated members of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity. Membership shingles are available as replacements of lost or damaged shingles for previously initiated members in good standing. Be sure to provide your member number and initiation information for an accurate replication of your personal shingle. If you do not know this information, please contact the National Headquarters at nhq@sinfonia.org or (812) 867-2433 to obtain this information. Replacement shingles will either come hand signed by the National President and Secretary, or with reproduction signatures of the appropriate officers from the time you were initiated. Replacement membership shingles includes a foil stamped Coat of Arms, an embossed pressing of the Fraternity Seal, and measures 8' x 10' on lightweight card-stock.
